If you are looking for a revitalising break without accommodation or that special gift for someone then Roundelwood Health Spa Day Packages are the ideal choice for you. Day Packages are offered Monday to Friday 9.45am to 5pm.

You can also enjoy the foaming spa pool, swim and exercise in the gym. Choose one and half hours from the following: Full Body Massage - 1 hour Dead Sea Mud Wrap - 1 hour Roundelwood Facial - half hour Body Exfoliation - half hour PLUS one of the following: Dead Sea Mud Hand and Foot Treatment Paraffin Wax Treatment Hydrotherapy Pool with Underwater Jet Massage Detox Day - a day to help purify your system and eliminate some of the toxins from your body. Afterwards you will glow all over. For this programme it’s important that you take your exercise in the gym and Pool before the treatments and not afterwards.
