Terms and Conditions
1. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Change will not be given against Gift Vouchers, although partial value may be carried over.
3. The Voucher must be surrendered to claim its value.
4. One-day and Two-day Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue and thereafter any increase in the cost of the package will be charged in addition. Monetary vouchers have no time limit.
5. Roundelwood Health Spa shall not be liable in the event of the voucher/s being lost, damaged or stolen.
